Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Alchemize application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
Use of the Service
Alchemize grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for your personal, non-commercial wellness practice. You agree not to misuse the service, reverse-engineer the application, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
Subscriptions & Billing
Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Wellness Disclaimer
Alchemize is a personal development and wellness tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Always consult a qualified professional regarding any health concerns. Your transformation is your own responsibility.
Intellectual Property
The application, including its design, content, rituals, and framework, is owned by the Alchemize Foundation and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the personal content you create within the app.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or to us.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
